The complete mechanical and electrical refurbishment to an existing unused Grade II Victorian school building to create a new school for the French Education Property Trust was undertaken for this project, maintaining as many of the original features as possible.

A large and complex project, where Raytell became the main contractor half way through the project due to the previous main contractor going into receivership.
